Acceptable Use Policy

Mindsay is built for households. This policy sets out what you may not do with the service, so every family can rely on it.

1. No illegal activity

Do not use Mindsay to plan, promote, or carry out anything that is illegal where you or the intended audience live.

2. No harm to people

Do not use Mindsay to harass, threaten, defame, or endanger anyone — especially children, partners, or vulnerable family members.

3. No abusive AI use

Do not attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, targeted disinformation, weapons instructions, malware, or content that violates a real person's privacy.

4. No security abuse

Do not probe, scan, or test Mindsay's infrastructure without written permission. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit accounting, or access controls.

5. No scraping or resale

Do not resell Mindsay credits, scrape the interface, or use Mindsay as a backend for a competing product without a commercial agreement.

6. Report abuse

If you see behavior that violates this policy, email [email protected]. We review every report within one business day.

7. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove offending content, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
