We want every family to feel safe trying Mindsay. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.
If you are not satisfied with your first credit pack purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days, provided fewer than 20% of the credits have been consumed.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, except where required by law.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. If Mindsay experiences a prolonged outage, we automatically credit affected accounts.
If an AI agent run fails due to a Mindsay-side error, credits are refunded automatically. You do not need to contact support.
