These Terms govern your access to and use of Mindsay. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any family members you invite.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including invited family members.
Mindsay is offered as prepaid credit packs and optional subscriptions. Credits are consumed when AI agents run on your behalf. Prices, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
You agree not to misuse Mindsay. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of the content you and your family add to Mindsay. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Mindsay for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Always verify important information.
You may cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
Mindsay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mindsay Family is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
